
Meet Ann Farrell
Ann Farrell is a highly credentialed and experienced executive, business and
leader success coach who facilitates a powerful alignment between people and organizations for accelerated success. Her passion for empowering people to fully step into their personal best is at the heart of her coaching.
Ann
leverages her outstanding experience as a successful executive with coaching best
practices for the benefit of her clients and her client companies.
Based on her personal experience of what works, she has created highly
effective
trademarked coaching programs for executive, leader and team success as
well as "Coaching for Corporate", a program that provides certified
coaches with what they need to effectively coach their clients to
success in
business and corporate environments. In January, 2009 Ann is launching "Your
Corporate Success" a member-based engagement that makes
executive coaching available and affordable to all.
Ann comes to coaching after a highly successful 30-year career in the operations of a male-dominated industry where she held several executive positions.
She remains the only woman to have risen from entry level to the top of
the house in her Fortune 100 Company's 150-year history. Her vast experience includes:
- Leading an $8 billion purchasing and logistics organization to breakthrough levels of profit contribution
- Leading an engineering / product development organization in driving a billion dollar program from concept to market
- Leading human resources, leadership development and cultural change for an organization of 5,000 as well as cross-functional assignments in finance, treasury, program management and supply chain functions.
In addition to her formal accountabilities, Ann has always been a passionate sponsor of community and cultural initiatives, including:
- Serving as United Way Executive Champion for three years
- Launching and sponsoring several diversity council and women's networks
- Convincing several fortune 500 companies to add Adoption Benefits
Ann has been a both a mentor and a coach to many throughout her career. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach,
one of less than 1,500 coaches in the world who have achieved that
credential. She is a member of the Cambridge Who's Who Honors Edition based on her achievements both
in corporate and as an entrepreneur. She lives in Winfield, Illinois with her husband, Ken Lucas and son, Steven.
