Ann comes to coaching after a very successful 30-year
career in the operations of a male-dominated industry where she remains
the only woman to have worked
her way from entry level position to the to the top of the house in her
Fortune 200 Company's 150-year history! Her vast
experience includes:
- Leading an
$8 billion purchasing and logistic organization to breakthrough levels
of profit impact
- Leading an
engineering / product development organization in driving a billion
dollar development program
- Leading
human resources, leadership development and cultural change for an
organization with over 5,000 people.
- Additional
cross-functional experience in finance, treasury, program management and
strategic planning.
Ann has also enjoyed great success in the launch
and growth of her own Certified Women-Owned Business who's clients
include: General Electric, Navistar International Corporation,
Alcoa Corporation, Allstate Insurance Company, Sara Lee Corporation, Players Choice and the National Speakers Bureau,
wildly successful business owners and professionals seeking their great
lives and work. Her trademarked executive and leader coaching
engagement model has been selected and is used by more than 35 corporate
coaching firms for all of their corporate engagements.
Ann has been a mentor and coach to many throughout her career. She is
trained and certified by the
Coaches Training Institute and is credentialed by the International
Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, one of the less
than 1,500 coaches in the world to have earned that distinction.
Ann currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Women of the World
and The Women's Masters in Leadership Degreed Program at Benedictine
University. She is a member the Cambridge Who's Who Honors Edition based on her
achievements in both corporate and as an entrepreneur. Ann resides
in Winfield, Il with her husband, Ken Lucas, and son, Steven.

Kally Reynolds is President of Renaissance Journeys, LLC, a Coaching /
Consulting firm focusing on Empowerment, Leadership and Relationship
Development, both professionally and personally. She partners with
motivated, successful and curious people who want to create more
purpose, connection and joy in their work. In addition, she helps
team members create greater connection, trust, commitment and
accountability together to achieve outstanding results. She is also the
author of "Frogs and Princes: Dating, Mating and Relating for those who
have been there before". Her specialty is relationship building
and has come to recognize herself as a "heart coach".
Kally is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International
Coaching Federation (ICF) the Global Certifying Body for Coaches, and a
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through International
Coaches Training Institute, as well as a graduate of FastTrack Coach
Training. She is a certified assessor in the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator (Type Resources) and in Leading Organizational Transitions
(Linkage). Kally is also a distributor for DISC, in-depth
management training and sales assessments.
As a professional communicator and consultant, Kally has developed and
delivered numerous speeches and workshops to business audiences
throughout the US on a variety of topics, including creating effective
crisis communications practices and environment recycling. Most
recently, she has written and spoke on the power of asking powerful
questions, breast cancer recovery and forgiveness freedom. Her
services include one-on-one coaching, team building, group and
individual assessments, and crating greater connection and empowerment
through effective, authentic, targeted communications strategies.
Kally belongs to the ICF, the Chicago Area Coaches Association (CACA),
Toastmasters, MENTTIUM and the Empowering Women Network (EWN). She
also co-leads the Christian Niche of the Co-active Network for the
Coaches Training Institute.

Grayson Riegel, MSW, ACC, is the President of Elevated Training,
